The Pineapple Bristlenose Pleco is the albino form of the Green Dragon Pleco. It is also known as the Golden Dragon Bristlenose Pleco. Its bright golden white color easily helps it stand out in any aquarium. This long fin variation looks even more elegant than the standard finned one. These plecos stay small compared to other monster plecostomus, with their max size staying under 6 inches. While they’re known for being great at eating diatom algae, they should be fed a proper diet as well. Ancistrus are a relatively easy plecostomus species to keep. They’re peaceful and do well in community tanks. They can get a bit territorial with their own species, but are unlikely to do serious damage to one another. Bristlenose Plecos love caves and other types of structures to hide in or under. They do best when there’s driftwood in the aquarium to munch on.
